  • Facilitated information assurance inspections and analysis for the Regional Network Operations Security Center (RNOSC), in coordination with Army Central Command (ARCENT), 160th Brigade, Southwest Asia Cyber Center (SWACC), and Direct Signal Support Teams (DSST), servicing military installations in Kuwait, Iraq, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Jordan spanning more than 15,000 users over three separate networks.

  • Presented weekly incident reports to RNOSC leadership, detailing individual vulnerabilities across the region; providing updates on actions taken to resolve network threats.

  • Monitored NIPERNET, SIPERNET, and CENTRIX network infrastructures and perimeter systems to detect outages affecting user accessibility, minimizing network downtime on multiple domains across the Middle East.

  • Identified and preserved digital evidence stored on computer systems, cellular phones, digital storage media and other repositories of electronically stored information.

  • Directed technical forensic investigations, incident response and electronic discovery activities tracking individuals who violate compliance, internal threats, data leaks and rogue computer/network devices ensuring compliance with the Department of Defense.

  • Ensured the compliance of over 95 percent of all NIPR, SIPR, and Citrix computers during the Universal Gold Master 7 Upgrade and had exception to policy memorandums for the remaining computers.

  • Transferred over 500 users under the 54th signal battalion streamlining the techniques and procedures allowing users the ability to migrate to Enterprise Email saving unit level IMOs countless hours of troubleshooting.

  • Upgraded 54th Signal Battalions SharePoint site from 2007 to 2010 and redesigned web pages to be more simplified in navigation, access to critical pages, and overall performance of the site.

  • Identified excess equipment valued over $50,000 to be turned in and removed from unit hand recipes.
